Service Description

Private training perks in a small group setting. Work with a trainer in a group of 2 - 5 clients. We customize our coaching to fit your needs and goals, even within the group setting. Learn how to use fitness tools safely and effectively - ever stared at a weight and not known what to do with it or how to use it so you don't zing your shoulder or pull a muscle in your back? Part of your training includes getting educated on proper use of all equipment for maximum benefit and minimal risk. You'll explore a variety of fitness mediums - not just the usual suspects of 'cardio' and strength training (you'll do that stuff, too, but maybe in ways you hadn't experienced before), but also foam rolling & release work, Yoga, Pilates, bodyweight training, basic stretching, and more. Your Small Group Training Membership comes with perks, including one free fitness class per week (choose from Pilates Mat, Yoga, or DanceFit) and discounts on most of our other fitness classes.
